- Greet guests and take accurate orders
- Deliver food and drinks promptly
- Provide attentive service and handle guest needs
- Maintain cleanliness of tables and service areas
- Process payments accurately
- Have a valid TABC and Food Handlers certification
- Check ID"s and follow all alcohol service laws
- Bartenders-thorough knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and craft beer
